Memorial Day, A Day to Remember and Honor Those Who Paid the Ultimate Sacrifice.

This Memorial Day, take time to remember all those who have died in service of our great nation. This day should be more than shopping for sales and backyard BBQ’s. In fact, we are able to do these things because of these brave men and women who fought and died for us.
America, sleep soundly tonight. The Soldiers of Bravo Company will tuck you in with the power of freedom and all that it offers. They will ask nothing in return of you and it is likely they never will. When you see these few, these happy few, tell them you love them for their sacrifice and that you slept well tonight.

There are numerous Memorial Day traditions observed around the country. I urge you to participate in one of these traditions, or create one of your own. A former Marine brother of mine is taking time to clean the graves of two of the fallen. One Marine gave his life in World War II at the Guadalcanal campaign, the other paid the ultimate sacrifice in the War in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom.
We Honor those who died by Remembering that Freedom Is Not Free.
